Why do I have to verify my age to purchase?

Age verification is required by Federal Law. This process is applied to every state in the country.

Secondly, we operate in a virtual environment which means we cannot physically see the purchaser.

Finally, we feel it our civic duty as law abiding gun enthusiasts to police ourselves to prevent potential problems from occurring. The more we do this, the less likely there will be reasons for politicians to take it upon themselves to impose stricter laws on all of us.

Why don’t you sell in my state?

Due to Federal shipping restrictions. All ammunition must be shipped via UPS Ground within the continental US. No ammunition will be shipped to Washington D.C., Alaska or Hawaii.

Do you accept PayPal?

No, PayPal’s policies prohibit any firearm or ammunition transactions.

How long until my package arrives?

Before your order is shipped, it must be processed. We ask that you allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for processing. This gives us and our vendors time to make sure your items are picked and packed with care. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.

Do you accept returns?

For safety reasons, we will not accept ammunition returns. It is your responsibility as a customer to ascertain EXACTLY what cartridge your firearm uses. It is also your responsibility to insure that the firearm in which you’ll use these cartridges is suitable and safe.

If any ammunition manufacturer or distributor is accepting ammunition exchanges or returns, they are likely turning right around and selling the exchanged or returned ammo as new ammo to unsuspecting customers which is both unsafe and unfair to customers that are expecting new and reliable ammunition. We are not aware of any retail ammunition company, including ourselves, that makes or sells ‘Tamper-Proof’ ammunition.

When do I get paid?

Generally, We will settle your account balance 14 days after you register your vendor account, meaning that we will either initiate a payment to your bank account or charge your credit card on your settlement date. Subsequently, the settlement process repeats every 14 days.
